NATPET Initiative on Protection of Environment:y
Waste Free Environment Day – WFE is an initiative of the Gulf Petrochemical and Chemicals Association (GPCA) and is dedicated to both responsible disposals of waste as well as returning our local environments to their beautiful pristine state (litter and rubbish free) where possible.
National Petrochemical Industrial Company (NATPET) Saudi Arabia, being one of the active member of GPCA fully support this important environment initiative and sponsoring the event as part of the company social responsibility toward environment preservation and it is our duty to serve the community and maintain sustainable resource.
On February 20th, 2014 NATPET celebrated the Waste Free Environment Day with the help of 100 volunteer Divers to clean up the sea and simultaneously an awareness program to school children to protect the environment and concept of re-use and recycle where ever possible.
