National Petrochemical Industrial Co. (NATPET) is a Joint Saudi Joint Stock Company, and it’s affiliates, located in Yanbu Industrial City (Yanbu Al-Sinaiyah), on the west coast of Saudi Arabia is looking for professional staff for the following vacancies:

Human Resources Manager (Natpet-Schulman Project)

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Five (5) years’ experience in Human Resources administration preferably in a petrochemical industries including at least 2 years in a supervisory position. Saudi nationals. Excellent in English communication.

Basic Functions:
Plans, supervises and coordinates activities related to manpower planning, recruiting, training, career development, job evaluation and personnel services. Includes responsibility for estimating manpower requirements, ensuring that vacancies are filled with minimum delays, that the Company’s training, career development and Saudization Programs are implemented in a cost effective manner and that the job evaluation system is kept up-to-date and all personnel actions and proposals are processed in a timely manner. Prepares budgets for cost components such as educational assistance and repatriation allowances. Includes calculating likely costs, consolidating data and submitting for Management approval

Procurement Supervisor
BA in Business Administration or equivalent. Saudi National. 5 years’ experience in purchasing activities in the oil and petrochemical industry, including 2 years in a senior purchasing position. Good knowledge of English.

Basic Functions:
Supervises, controls and coordinates activities relating to the purchase of all types of materials from local and international suppliers in accordance with Company policy, sound controls, and Management practices.

Assistant Manager, Industrial Security (Saudi Nationals)

Qualification:
Bachelor degree in Chemical Science, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 10 years’ experience with knowledge of Petrochemical Industries and their working practices in the field of HSE, fire and Security functions. Fluent in English. Decision making capabilities.

Basic Functions:
Assist the Industrial Security Manager in managing safety, fire prevention, environmental and health activities for the company, covering Audits, Safety inspections, Accident reporting, Safety training, Fire prevention & fighting and Occupational health.
